Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our network in the United Arab Emirates. You will own end‑to‑end hiring processes for technology, engineering and business functions, connecting top talent with high‑impact positions while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to final placement.
• Translate client hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies for technical and business roles.
• Identify, attract and evaluate qualified candidates across software engineering, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data and leadership domains.
• Conduct recruiter interviews to assess technical fit, experience and motivation.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and nurture long‑term candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to improve placement success and hiring efficiency.
• Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search.
• Ability to work independently, manage several searches at once and develop trusted relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong understanding of technical roles such as software engineering, AI/ML, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering and product management.
