Technical Sales Engineer – Middle East & Africa

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join Acre Security’s pre‑sales team covering the Middle East and Africa. In this remote position you will combine deep technical knowledge of security solutions with sales expertise to help customers select and implement the right products.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional sales teams and channel partners to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
• Design, demonstrate and position Acre Security solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Deliver product demonstrations, manage Proof‑of‑Concepts and support customer evaluations.
• Develop quotations, proposals, requirements documentation and architecture/integration designs.
• Lead customer workshops, capture business and technical requirements and assist in creating Statements of Work.
• Complete customer IT questionnaires and provide technical guidance during the sales process.
• Represent Acre Security at customer engagements, industry events, trade shows and partner activities.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing and Customer Support to relay market feedback and product enhancement ideas.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical sales or pre‑sales engineering, preferably in security or related technology sectors.
• Proven ability to work remotely and manage opportunities across the Middle East and Africa.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with customers and partners.
