Technical Sales Manager – GCC (Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain)

About the role

Knauf GCC is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. You will combine technical product knowledge with sales expertise to match solutions to customer needs and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies, set objectives, forecast and analyse market trends to meet or exceed targets.
• Leverage deep product knowledge to identify customer requirements, deliver demonstrations and make technical recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolve issues and coordinate service activities to generate repeat business.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data, produce regular reports and provide insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, customer service and dealers to ensure solutions meet market demands.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competition and pursue professional development through training and conferences.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in technical sales within the construction or drywall sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as civil engineering or architecture (preferred).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new product knowledge and sales tools.
• Ability to travel 20‑25% across the GCC, especially to Kuwait and Bahrain.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a performance‑driven mindset.
