Technical Service Engineer – Boilers (Dubai)

About the role

Viessmann Middle East is seeking an experienced Technical Service Engineer specialized in boilers to join its field service team in Dubai. You will act as the technical representative of the company, delivering on‑site and remote support for heating and hot‑water solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory services and troubleshooting for customers, contractors, installers and service partners, both remotely and on‑site.
• Carry out start‑up, commissioning, testing and handover of installed boiler systems according to Viessmann standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and warranty case management while adhering to safety and quality requirements.
• Prepare detailed service documentation, including site reports, commissioning records and service logs via the Service Portal.
• Develop and deliver technical and practical field training for contractors, installers and service partners.
• Participate in standby and emergency‑response rotations, including weekend and after‑hours support.

Required profile

• Technical vocational qualification or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of field service, commissioning or maintenance experience in the heating, hot‑water or boiler industry.
• Hands‑on experience with steam boilers and heat‑pump systems (highly preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
