Technical Service Engineer Jewellery Machinery

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Service Engineer to install, commission, and maintain jewellery manufacturing machinery across the UAE and GCC. The role involves on‑site travel to customer sites and coordination with international supplier teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission jewellery machinery.
• Diagnose and repair machinery and electronic faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Train customers on machine operation.
• Troubleshoot circuit boards and electronic components.
• Read circuit diagrams and wiring schematics.
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes and other diagnostic equipment.
• Coordinate with international suppliers' technical teams for troubleshooting and support.

Required profile

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2–5 years experience servicing industrial machinery.
• Hands‑on circuit‑board repair and fine SMD soldering experience.
• Knowledge of power electronics, rectifiers, power supplies and induction heating systems.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, controllers, touchscreens and stepper/servo drives.
• UAE driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites and occasionally abroad.
• Jewellery machinery experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
