Technician – Amusement & Arcade Maintenance

About the role

The Technician will carry out operations and maintenance tasks for amusement and arcade assets across Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment sites. The role involves inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, all performed to company standards and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of arcade machines, rides and related facility systems to ensure safety and proper functioning.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical assets to minimise downtime.
• Troubleshoot and execute corrective or emergency repairs on amusement equipment and supporting systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare‑part usage and repairs.
• Collaborate with operations and guest‑services teams to maximise equipment uptime and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in the leisure or family‑entertainment sector.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays as operational needs dictate.
• Strong teamwork, communication and documentation skills.
