Technician - Construction Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Technician to join the FAMCO Construction Equipment team in the UAE, delivering high‑quality service, maintenance and repair on heavy machinery to minimise downtime and maximise customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform removal, installation, disassembly and assembly of machine components such as engines, transmissions and axles.
• Carry out advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics and inspections to identify faults and determine effective repair solutions.
• Conduct machine inspections and customer visits to support service quality and generate additional revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation including job cards, service reports and timesheets in line with ISO standards.
• Guide junior technicians through knowledge sharing and teamwork.
• Uphold high standards of safety, housekeeping and care of company assets and vehicles.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands‑on experience servicing and repairing heavy machinery.
• Valid driving licence.
• Basic computer literacy for job reporting and documentation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required by operational demands.
