Technician – Level 1 Training Jeep

About the role

The Technician – Level 1 Training Jeep will work in Al Fahim Group’s service workshop, delivering high‑quality repairs and routine maintenance on Jeep vehicles. The role focuses on following manufacturer procedures, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting the workshop team to meet productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair work according to the manufacturer’s methods, recommendations and operating procedures.
• Classify parts as chargeable, warranty or wear‑and‑tear and determine eligibility for warranty claims.
• Consult the Team Leader or Senior Technician for diagnosis support and advice.
• Assist other technicians on complex repair tasks when required.
• Complete job cards promptly, recording parts used, actions taken and maintaining a detailed service history.
• Maintain test equipment, hand tools and instruments in good working condition.
• Observe all safety rules and HSE policies while handling tools, equipment and performing repairs.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Certified Stellantis Technician Level 1.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive repair work and workshop operations.
