Technician Positions – HVAC, Chiller, MEP & AV (5 Openings)

About the role

Farnek is expanding its Facilities Management & Maintenance team and is seeking experienced technical professionals for multiple positions across the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong backgrounds in facility maintenance, HVAC systems, MEP services, and technical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, chiller, MEP, AV, and related technical systems.
• Carry out routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Follow safety standards, maintenance procedures, and company policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report completed work.

Required profile

• Relevant Technical Diploma, ITI, Trade Certificate, or equivalent technical certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience, with UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Strong hands‑on experience in HVAC and chiller maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Practical experience in MEP and Facilities Management maintenance operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical maintenance team.
