Technician Trainee – Aviation Maintenance (UAE National)

About the role

Air Arabia is seeking a UAE national Technician Trainee to gain hands‑on experience supporting line and base maintenance of its fleet. The role offers practical exposure to avionics, airframe and engine tasks on both Air Arabia and third‑party aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Assist engineers with inspections, repairs, component replacement and documentation in line/base maintenance and workshop environments.
• Execute routine and non‑routine maintenance tasks following manufacturer manuals and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and process parts replacement, ensuring proper labeling and compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain a tidy workstation and support shift managers by reporting potential service disruptions.
• Participate in a structured training programme coordinated with the Training Department and Maintenance Managers.

Required profile

• UAE national, aged 23‑30, physically fit and able to travel on short notice.
• Diploma in aircraft maintenance or equivalent (preferred).
• Good command of English for technical communication.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s licence for the UAE.
