Techno-Functional ERP Service Lead - Oracle Fusion

About the role

A well-established organisation in Abu Dhabi is hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion professional to own and oversee its ERP platform on the business side. The role acts as the in-house owner of the Oracle Fusion environment, working closely with business users and an external support partner.

Key responsibilities

• Triage incoming support requests, analyse recurring problems and escalate where needed
• Manage system changes end to end: gather requirements, review proposed solutions, coordinate testing and secure business sign-off
• Review vendor proposals and estimates to ensure value and quality
• Provide functional guidance across finance, procurement and/or HR processes

Required profile

• 8+ years of ERP experience, with solid hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure
• Depth in at least one area: Financials, Procurement or HCM
• Experience supporting a live system post-implementation, ideally from the client side
• Confidence managing third-party vendors and challenging their recommendations

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Fusion reporting (OTBI/BIP)
• Configuration, approval workflows, data loads and integrations
