Techno-Functional Project Engineer – SaaS Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Project Engineer to lead the implementation of our SaaS‑based Human Capital Management and Visa Management solutions. You will act as the bridge between clients, business teams and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery, configuration and adoption of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end SaaS implementation projects, from requirement gathering to deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Serve as the primary client contact, handling communication, expectation management and timely delivery.
• Analyse client business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with technical, QA and product teams for configuration, customization and integration.
• Conduct product demos, user‑acceptance testing and training sessions for client stakeholders.
• Track project progress, manage risks and prepare documentation such as SOWs, timelines and reports.
• Ensure implementations comply with data‑privacy, security and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in SaaS solution implementation or techno‑functional project management, preferably in HCM or visa/immigration systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent written and verbal English.
• Experience in client communication, stakeholder management and delivering projects on time.
