Techno‑Functional Oracle HCM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Techno‑Functional Specialist to join our ICT team at the Transguard Group headquarters in DAFZA, Dubai. The role focuses on implementing, configuring and optimising Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) to meet evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Stabilise and enhance the newly implemented Oracle Fusion HCM application.
• Maintain the Oracle Fusion and EBS environments and ensure integrations support the co‑existence model.
• Apply quarterly updates and enable new features that add value to HR processes.
• Lead requirement‑gathering workshops, translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and customise Oracle Fusion HCM modules in line with best practices.
• Provide technical expertise for data migration, integrations and extensions using Oracle Fusion middleware tools.
• Design and develop reports, dashboards and analytics for HCM metrics.
• Conduct end‑user training and deliver ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or related HRIS implementations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge current business processes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with business champions and technical teams.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to collaborate across functions.
