Technology Resourcer Internship in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technology Resourcer Intern to join Aventus’ Technology recruitment team in Dubai for a 3‑6 month placement. The role offers hands‑on exposure to the full recruitment cycle within the fast‑growing GCC technology market, working side‑by‑side with senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Research technology companies, start‑ups, consultancies and market trends across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
• Assist consultants in sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and referrals.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Bullhorn CRM system.
• Support candidate outreach, availability checks, interview coordination and follow‑up communications.
• Prepare candidate profiles, market maps, shortlists and internal reports.
• Draft job adverts and LinkedIn posts to attract technology talent.
• Participate in internal team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recent graduate in Business, HR, Technology, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and proactive with a genuine interest in recruitment or technology.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates and building relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with LinkedIn for professional networking.
• Basic knowledge of Bullhorn or similar recruitment CRM platforms.
