Tele-Sales Manager – UK Outreach (Dubai)

About the role

Our client, a UK‑based logistics company expanding into Dubai, is establishing a tele‑sales function to generate new business from the UK market. As Tele‑Sales Manager you will lead the outbound calling effort, qualify prospects and set up meetings for the Account Management team while building the function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Contact UK‑based companies via outbound calls to generate interest in logistics services.
• Set qualified meetings for Account Managers to progress and close deals.
• Own and manage your own pipeline, daily call activity and performance data.
• Apply and continuously improve best‑practice tele‑sales processes without formal training.
• Develop and refine systems and processes as the desk scales.
• Prepare to build and lead a team as the function grows.

Required profile

• Proven B2B tele‑sales experience, preferably in a logistics or related sector.
• Confident cold‑caller comfortable working with no warm leads.
• British‑educated with strong command of UK business language and tone.
• Self‑sufficient, able to work independently and manage data, processes and systems.
• Ambitious mindset with experience or interest in managing and building a team.
