Tele Sales Representative – Call Center

About the role

Future Health GCC is looking for a motivated Tele Sales Representative to join its growing team. You will engage prospective clients, explain our healthcare services, and convert leads into long‑term customers through effective communication and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Future Health’s services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
• Clearly explain product offerings, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high conversion rates.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle client objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple leads.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
