Tele Sales Specialist (Hindi) – UAE

About the role

We are looking for confident, target‑driven Tele Sales Specialists who are fluent in Hindi to join our UAE team. The role involves high‑volume outbound calling, engaging prospective customers and converting leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Deliver persuasive pitches, handle objections and close sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Convert inquiries and warm leads into successful sales.
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Build rapport with customers using a professional and energetic communication style.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent Hindi speaker.
• 1–2 years of experience in tele sales, call centre, BPO, customer service or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Target‑oriented with a customer‑focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales environment.

Required skills

• CRM (recording and managing customer interactions).
