Telegram Community & Growth Manager (Dubai)

About the role

We are a stealth‑mode digital marketing agency in Dubai delivering large‑scale digital transformation projects for iGaming clients worldwide. We are looking for a Telegram Community & Growth Manager to own and expand our Telegram presence, driving engagement, automation and member retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow large Telegram channels and groups.
• Define and execute the overall Telegram community growth and engagement strategy.
• Set up, configure and maintain Telegram bots, automation and community tools.
• Drive engagement through promotions, giveaways, competitions and campaigns.
• Oversee moderation, anti‑spam measures, community safety and member support.
• Monitor analytics, track growth, engagement and retention metrics.
• Develop strategies to increase community acquisition, activity and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, content and creative teams on cross‑functional campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience managing and growing Telegram communities.
• Proven track record with large Telegram channels or groups.
• Experience with Telegram bots, automation and community‑management tools.
• Understanding of moderation, anti‑spam and community engagement best practices.
• Comfortable using analytics and community data to improve performance.
• iGaming or crypto background is highly preferred.

What we offer

• Salary: 15,000–17,000 AED per month plus a 10% performance bonus (equivalent to one extra monthly salary).
