Telephone Operator – DoubleTree By Hilton Resort & Spa

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Telephone Operator to join the team at DoubleTree By Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests and callers, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and route all incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
• Place outgoing calls as required, providing accurate information to guests and partners.
• Maintain call logs and record messages in the hotel’s communication system.
• Assist guests with basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a courteous telephone manner.
• Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits.
