About the role
Join the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island team and be the friendly voice that brightens guests’ days. As a Telephone Operator you will handle incoming calls and create memorable hospitality experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional phone support with an upbeat, professional attitude.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, amenities and operations.
- Support emergency response by relaying accurate information to the appropriate teams.
- Use the PBX system, computer applications and other technology to facilitate daily operations.
