About the role
The Telephone Operator at Aloft Abu Dhabi is part of the Guest Experience team, responsible for delivering memorable service throughout a guest’s stay.
Key responsibilities
- Guide guests through check‑in, check‑out and the entire stay experience.
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests and share highlights of the local area.
- Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets and uphold quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
