About the role
The Telephone Operator joins the Guest Experience team at Aloft Abu Dhabi, delivering memorable service throughout the guest stay. This position involves handling guest requests, processing operational needs, and assisting with luggage and vehicle loading.
Key responsibilities
- Process check‑in and check‑out transactions, complete reports and share local area highlights.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles, transporting luggage to and from rooms or designated bell areas.
- Move, lift and carry objects up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance) and navigate stairs, ramps and confined spaces.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets and uphold professional appearance and communication.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience or supervisory experience required.
