Telesales Agent - FMCG

About the role

A proactive Telesales Agent is sought to join an FMCG sales team in Dubai. The role uses tele sales and telemarketing expertise to generate qualified leads, close sales and help grow revenue in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The position is listed as a contract.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote FMCG products
• Qualify leads, present product features and benefits and handle objections
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture customer relationships
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine calling strategies and campaigns
• Provide regular reports on call metrics, pipeline status and sales performance

Required profile

• 2-4 years of telesales or telemarketing experience in the FMCG industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a tele caller role
• Preferred: experience in the Dubai or GCC FMCG market, fluency in Arabic in addition to English, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

Required skills

• Strong technical proficiency with tele sales dialing systems and CRM software
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening and negotiation skills
• Ability to articulate product benefits clearly and handle objections professionally
• Preferred: familiarity with telemarketing platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
