Telesales & Deal Closer – Hospitality Food Supplier

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Telesales Specialist who will drive sales for our full‑range hospitality food products. The role involves contacting restaurant owners, chefs and hospitality buyers, promoting our premium poultry, dairy, produce and dry goods, and converting enquiries into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers using company‑provided calling lists and sales software.
• Introduce and promote Flying Poultry’s extensive product range.
• Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs and hospitality buyers.
• Convert enquiries into long‑term customers and generate repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and submit end‑of‑day sales reports.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales, inside sales or B2B sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Confident speaking with decision‑makers in premium restaurants and hospitality businesses.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and organised.

• Proficiency with sales software
