Telesales Executive – Forex & Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai, focusing on forex and financial services. The successful candidate will engage prospective clients, manage leads and support client acquisition while adhering to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Engage with leads to understand their requirements and present company services, account options and platform features.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Build and maintain professional relationships and convert qualified leads into active clients.
• Record calls, leads, follow‑ups and conversions accurately in the CRM.
• Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with CRM, KYC, onboarding and customer support teams as needed.
• Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensure all communications comply with internal sales and compliance guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in forex, financial services, telesales, call centre or business development (preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, lead‑management and follow‑up abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Ability to work from our Dubai office.
