About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team and drive real‑estate lead generation through outbound calls. The role involves contacting prospective clients, following up on leads and coordinating with the sales team to schedule site visits.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective real‑estate clients.
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to arrange client meetings and site visits.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of telecalling experience in the real‑estate sector.
- Fluent in Hindi and English with strong communication and follow‑up abilities.
- Proven ability to generate leads and schedule client appointments.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp for business communication.
