Telesales Executive

About the role

The Telesales Executive will drive outbound sales activities for PureFlow, focusing on acquiring new customers for water‑treatment solutions across the UAE. You will work from our Ajman office, engaging prospects via phone and WhatsApp Business to generate leads and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to prospective clients in the UAE.
• Identify customer needs, present product offerings, and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales pipeline in a CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while handling objections professionally.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven outbound telesales, telemarketing or call‑center sales experience in the UAE.
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic; Hindi or Urdu is a strong advantage.
• Resident of Ajman, Sharjah or northern Dubai with a valid UAE residence visa or eligibility for sponsorship.
• High emotional intelligence and resilience to thrive in a high‑rejection environment.

Required skills

• Excellent negotiation, telephone etiquette, active listening and objection‑handling abilities.
• Proficiency with basic CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Experience using WhatsApp Business for professional communication.
