Telesales Executive – Real Estate (Telugu/Tamil/Marathi)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Telesales Executive to join our real‑estate team in Dubai. You will contact potential investors, generate qualified leads and support the sales consultants in promoting our property projects.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and investors.
• Explain project details, offers and services in a professional manner.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
• Schedule meetings and property viewings for consultants.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing or customer service (real‑estate experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Required skills
