Telesales Officer – Insurance (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The Telesales Officer will combine customer service excellence with proactive insurance sales. Working primarily through calls, chats and emails, you will guide customers on policy details, support renewals and generate new business across multiple insurance products. Arabic fluency is essential to serve the target market.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to customers via phone, live chat and email, answering inquiries about coverage, benefits and claims.
• Maintain accurate customer records, process policy issuances, renewals and follow‑up on pending issues.
• Generate quotations, assess client needs and convert leads into policyholders using effective sales techniques.
• Meet assigned sales and renewal targets while contributing to lead generation.
• Track performance metrics, report lost business and market feedback, and collaborate with underwriting, claims and internal teams.
• Suggest improvements to enhance customer retention and sales efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a call‑center or telesales environment.
• Previous experience in the insurance sector is mandatory.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication skills in English.
