Telesales Representative – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for confident and energetic Calling Agents to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to speak confidently with potential clients over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce our real estate projects and services.
• Understand clients’ requirements and provide relevant information.
• Qualify leads and identify genuine potential buyers or investors.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with clients regularly and maintain good communication.
• Update client information and call records in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or real estate is an advantage; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Arabic are a plus.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
• Target‑oriented, motivated to grow in a sales environment and good follow‑up skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge; candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE are preferred.
