Telesales Representative – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a driven Telesales Representative to join our Dubai‑based real‑estate brokerage. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying prospects and supporting the sales team to convert opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound real‑estate inquiries and make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Qualify leads, understand client requirements and schedule appointments for property consultants.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly call volume and conversion targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in UAE real‑estate brokerage or development.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities with a confident telephone manner.
• Target‑driven mindset and ability to handle objections.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian or Chinese are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
