Telesales Specialist (Hindi Speakers)

About the role

A company is looking for confident, target-driven Telesales Representatives who speak fluent Hindi to join its team. The role suits people comfortable with high-volume outbound calling, engaging customers and turning leads into sales. It is a full-time position based in the UAE, open only to immediate joiners.

Key responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Persuade and influence clients through strong pitch delivery and objection handling
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Convert inquiries and warm leads into successful sales
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
• Build rapport with customers using a professional and energetic communication style
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Required profile

• Fluent Hindi speakers only
• 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, call center, BPO, customer service or sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Target-oriented, customer-focused approach and ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
