Telesales Specialist – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role
Golden Bricks Dubai is seeking a confident and driven Telesales Specialist to promote its real‑estate projects in the fast‑moving Dubai market. You will work on‑site, generating leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive phone outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential clients and present real‑estate projects.
- Follow up with existing clients on new project launches.
- Achieve daily call targets and generate quality leads.
- Schedule meetings in line with management targets.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Stay informed about real‑estate market trends.
Required profile
- Arabic and Hindi speakers preferred; English mandatory.
- Prior experience in Dubai real‑estate telesales.
- Confident speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion ability.
- Ability to meet daily call targets and generate leads.
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven mindset.
