Telesales Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

The Telesales Specialist will join SkyWing Real Estate’s Dubai office to drive property sales through outbound and inbound phone contacts. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, tenants and investors, presenting listings and qualifying leads for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate new leads and handle inbound inquiries from interested clients.
• Present property details, off‑plan projects and investment opportunities clearly and accurately.
• Qualify prospects, schedule viewings or meetings with property consultants, and update lead status in the CRM.
• Maintain detailed call logs, follow‑up records and support marketing campaigns to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales orientation with proven telesales or lead‑generation experience, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent spoken English and professional phone etiquette; additional languages such as French or Arabic are a plus.
• Goal‑driven, resilient and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and call‑tracking systems.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
