About the role
The Teller will deliver high‑quality, accurate and efficient counter services to branch customers while representing ADIB’s professional image. This role is based at the BR‑Muhaisnah branch in Dubai and is open to UAE nationals only.
Key responsibilities
- Processing cash deposits, withdrawals, drafts, telegraphic transfers, payment orders, standing orders, foreign‑currency purchases and sales, and cheque deposits in accordance with ADIB operational policies.
- Cross‑selling bank products and referring prospective customers to the sales team.
- Acting as a dual custodian for the branch vault cash and security stationery, supporting the Head of Operations in cash reconciliation and end‑of‑day balancing.
- Performing general filing, vault cash control and assisting with centralized branch‑operations projects.
Required profile
- UAE national (the position is open to UAE citizens only).
- Good knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products, operational policies and procedures.
- Understanding of UAE banking regulations, Central Bank of UAE rules and local market competitors.
