Telugu-Speaking Chartered Accountant

About the role

A well-established organization working in contracting, construction and real estate across the UAE is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant who speaks Telugu. The role covers financial operations, regulatory compliance and support of business decisions in a fast-paced construction and real estate environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project costing, budgeting and financial planning
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations
• Oversee audits, financial controls and internal compliance processes
• Monitor cash flow, expenses and cost optimization
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on financial performance
• Maintain and improve financial systems and reporting processes

Required profile

• CA / ACCA / CPA qualification (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience (preferred)
• Prior experience in contracting, construction or real estate is preferred
• Experience in large-scale project environments and audit handling is a plus

• Strong financial reporting and analysis

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software
