Temporary Early Years Educator (3-month contract)

About the role

Kids First Group is seeking a dynamic Early Years Educator on a three-month fixed-term contract to join its Dubai nursery. The role starts immediately and involves delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to young learners in a vibrant, child-centred environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons that meet curriculum standards.
• Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support extra-curricular activities and school events.
• Communicate regularly with parents to discuss children’s progress and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching practices.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years, Childcare or related field (e.g., BTEC, HND, Bachelor’s, PGCE).
• At least two years of relevant experience in an early years or nursery setting.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation and a passion for early childhood education.
