Temporary ODD Maker – Outsourced Role

About the role

The ODD Maker role is a temporary, outsourced position based in Sharjah. You will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and contacting customers to finalize ongoing due‑diligence cases, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.

Key responsibilities

• Send ODD forms and requirements to customers after gap assessment and collect required documents via email or physical branch.
• Review and assist customers in accurately completing ODD forms, including transaction details, turnover, FATCA, and project information.
• Verify trade licenses, certificates of good standing, memorandums of association, Emirates IDs, signatures and other supporting documents.
• Confirm receipt with customers before uploading documents to the BPM system and add appropriate remarks.
• Maintain email handling, update tracker sheets promptly, and meet monthly targets set by management.
• Ensure cases follow SOPs with less than 3% discrepancy and handle additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of products, services, service policies and procedures.
• Fair understanding of banking practices, regulations, risks and anti‑money‑laundering regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers.
