About the role
NAQEL Express is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to lead its sales force in Dubai. The role involves analysing sales results, delivering training, and setting performance targets to drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while preparing and delivering product presentations.
- Generate business from new and existing accounts, negotiate and close deals, and handle objections.
- Collect outstanding payments on time and build long‑term customer relationships.
- Supervise shipments until delivery to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Research potential companies not yet doing business with NAQEL Express.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage large teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent English (written and verbal); Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
Required skills
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems.
