Therapeutics Aesthetics Associate (Emirati Nationals)

About the role

AbbVie Tumoohy Talent is an early-career pathway for recent graduates, open to Emirati nationals with a UAE family book. It starts with a 2-month shadow and capstone project, followed by a two-year rotational programme on a fixed-term contract. Participants rotate across two key business areas: Therapeutics/Aesthetics (Product Sales & Marketing and Customer Excellence & Market Access) or Business Associate (Human Resources and Finance & Supply), preparing them for future leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Work with team members to understand business processes, contribute to key projects and build practical expertise in each area.
• Collaborate across functions such as medical, regulatory and finance to deliver initiatives that improve outcomes for patients and customers.
• Take ownership of projects or workstreams, analyse market data and business challenges, propose solutions and share insights with senior stakeholders.
• Gain exposure to AbbVie's products, business models, customer insights and market challenges through hands-on learning.
• Receive one-on-one mentorship, coaching, formal training workshops and continuous feedback.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline) with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biomedical, Pharmacy, Science or a relevant field.
• Emirati national with a UAE family book; full right to work in the UAE.
• Full driving licence by the start of the programme; flexibility to relocate to Dubai or commute from another Emirate.
• No experience required, though at least 1 year in a similar industry is acceptable.

Required skills

• Understanding of the healthcare sector, including the aesthetics sector.
• Analytical and strategic mindset, strong English and Arabic proficiency.
• Foundational level of commercial acumen; use of Microsoft.
