TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager

About the role

The TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager is a full‑time remote position based in Dubai, supporting the agency’s TikTok Shop division. You will be responsible for driving sales through creator partnerships, affiliate activation, and conversion‑focused content.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and manage TikTok Shop affiliates and creators, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• Track daily performance, optimize affiliate and creator campaigns to maximize sales growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams on offers, promotions and content plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with creators and partners, handling negotiations and contracts.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay current with TikTok trends, platform updates and best practices to continuously improve affiliate strategies.

Required profile

• Strong affiliate management experience, including onboarding, performance optimization and relationship management.
• Solid account management skills to handle creator and client expectations and campaign delivery.
• Excellent communication abilities for clear coordination with creators, internal teams and external partners.
• Proven sales track record with a focus on revenue, conversions and meeting performance targets.
• Experience in influencer or creator marketing, especially within TikTok or social commerce environments.
• Ability to analyze performance data, draw actionable insights and present findings concisely.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, international environment; fluency in English required, additional languages a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
