Timekeeper – Attendance & Overtime Management

About the role

Target Engineering is looking for a detail‑oriented Timekeeper to support its Oil & Gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure accurate tracking of attendance, leave and overtime, feeding this data into Oracle ERP to support payroll and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, verify and record daily attendance from biometric systems and manual logs.
• Maintain section‑wise attendance records for direct‑hire staff and subcontractors.
• Enter attendance, leave and overtime data into Oracle ERP and generate daily reports for site management and HR.
• Monitor and update leave balances, reconcile discrepancies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Record overtime hours, verify approvals and flag any policy or regulatory breaches.
• Identify and escalate ERP or biometric system issues, safeguarding data integrity.
• Produce workforce analytics and regular reporting for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in attendance, leave and overtime administration.
• Good understanding of labor laws and workforce compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
