Tool Keeper – Inventory and Equipment Management

About the role

The Tool Keeper is responsible for maintaining the inventory, servicing, and certification of tools, equipment, materials, and consumables. This role supports outage execution by ensuring the right tools are available and in good condition.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels, identify missing items, and initiate procurement processes.
• Coordinate with outage managers and field service engineers for replenishment and new tool requirements.
• Conduct interval reporting on lost or broken tools and enforce 5S housekeeping standards.
• Manage tool and equipment certifications, liaise with third‑party providers, and perform internal inspections.
• Validate inspection and certification records, and ensure documentation is complete and audit‑ready.
• Support outages by providing timely replenishment of tools and equipment, and handle vendor receivals.
• Enter all tool movements and disposals in the ERP system and adhere to all relevant health, safety, security, and environmental procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in onsite or warehouse tool‑keeping management.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills (reading and writing).
