Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

The Trade Marketing Manager will lead channel strategy execution, financial planning, market insight gathering, pricing, trade margin management, and in‑store activation across the United Arab Emirates. This role also drives product launch leadership and provides analytical reporting to support commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with channel leaders to develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies.
• Manage revenue forecasts, marketing/trade spend and recommend market investments to close sales gaps.
• Collect and synthesize market feedback on new initiatives, product launches, and in‑store promotions.
• Develop cohesive marketing plans aligned with regional and local commercial objectives.
• Formulate competitive pricing and promotional guidelines based on market dynamics.
• Design and implement trade margin strategies that support business growth.
• Create and execute in‑store promotional activities and customer events that align with brand priorities.
• Monitor market and industry trends, providing insightful reports to product management and business development teams.
• Lead product launches, delivering sales collateral and promotional elements to boost performance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of proven experience in Marketing Strategy & Planning roles.
• Proficiency in product pricing, distribution, and market positioning.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of marketing trends and best practices, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience managing distribution channels.
• Adept at interpreting market reports and analytics.
