Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join an international automotive business in Dubai. The role focuses on developing and executing trade and commercial marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, posters and promotional assets.
• Support sell‑in and sell‑out campaigns to boost commercial performance and market penetration.
• Assist customers and distributors in planning and executing local marketing activations.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of marketing activities.
• Support promotional events, customer engagement initiatives and digital marketing efforts, including SEO and SEM.
• Conduct market, competitor and consumer analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in trade, customer, consumer, product or brand marketing.
• Experience in the automotive, tyres, white goods or home appliances sector is highly preferred.
• Valid driving licence and fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Experience with SEO and SEM.
