TradFI Business Development Internship

About the role

The candidate will support the Central Business Development team in planning and executing marketing campaigns and activations with listed projects and partners of Binance to drive strategic goals. This role offers hands‑on experience in the rapidly expanding digital‑assets space.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships and liaise with listed projects and partners to increase wallet share of marketing budgets.
• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Provide up‑to‑date campaign and tracking tools.
• Enhance operational workflows with AI to streamline partner processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and manage deep relationships with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain and AI technology.
• Self‑motivated and able to achieve goals with minimal micromanagement.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.
