Trading Operations Manager

About the role

IBMC is recruiting, on behalf of a Europe-based proprietary trading firm, an experienced Trading Operations Manager to support its expanding operations. The role acts as the bridge between trading, risk and technical teams, overseeing project progress, improving cross-department collaboration and building real-time dashboards that show trading performance and risk exposure. It is a remote position open to candidates based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects across trading, risk and technology teams so that deliverables meet deadlines.
• Work with data and tech teams to design, build and maintain real-time dashboards for trading performance and exposure monitoring.
• Collaborate with the Risk Department to improve reporting frameworks and data accuracy.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Prepare clear, data-driven project updates and reports for senior management.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure project impact, operational efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in prop trading, fintech, CRM/technology consulting or financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk management concepts such as drawdown, equity curve and daily loss limits.
• Excellent analytical, communication and coordination skills, with a proactive, results-driven approach.

Required skills

• Data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio.
• Project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp or Notion.
