Trainer - Corporate Training

About the role

Blue Ocean Corporation is recruiting qualified trainers, faculty members and industry professionals to join its talent pool for current and future training opportunities. It seeks people with strong subject-matter expertise, relevant industry experience and a passion for delivering engaging, practical and industry-focused training. Training is offered across supply chain management, logistics, procurement, shipping, human resources, leadership and consulting, in English, Spanish, French, Arabic and Hindi.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops and professional learning programmes.
• Develop training materials, presentations, practical exercises and assessments.
• Facilitate interactive learning for students and corporate professionals.
• Evaluate learner progress and give constructive feedback.
• Keep training content aligned with current industry practices.
• Deliver customised corporate training programmes as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification in the respective domain.
• Strong subject-matter expertise and relevant industry experience.
• Prior teaching, training or facilitation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training.
• Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
