Trainer – Product & Sales Training (Arabic/English)

About the role

Dyson is looking for a dynamic Trainer to design, deliver and manage training programmes for distributor teams, front‑line staff and demonstrators across the Middle East. The role combines face‑to‑face sessions, digital learning and on‑site coaching to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product, sales and induction training to distributor and retail teams, both in‑person and digitally.
• Coach staff on sales techniques, product knowledge and demonstration methods.
• Support onboarding of new joiners, ensuring clear understanding of Dyson’s product range and customer approach.
• Visit stores regularly to observe demos, provide feedback and offer on‑the‑spot assistance (travel required).
• Collaborate with marketing to localise training materials and create visual aids that meet Dyson standards.
• Utilise e‑learning and digital platforms to boost engagement and reinforce key messages.
• Collect feedback to continuously improve training delivery and materials.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• 2‑4 years of experience delivering training, preferably in electrical retail or consumer electronics.
• Familiarity with appliances or consumer‑electronics brands in a retail environment.
• Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable with diverse audiences.
