Training & Continuing Education Manager

About the role

The Training & Continuing Education Manager will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of professional development programs at ALHOSN University. This role focuses on expanding the Center’s reach locally and nationally while ensuring high‑quality service and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate assigned training programs.
• Grow the Continuing Education Center business by identifying and creating opportunities at local and national levels.
• Prepare tenders and program appraisals, including financial analysis.
• Research and develop new program initiatives and drive continuous improvement of existing offerings.
• Oversee all aspects of customer service to maintain high quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to optimize university resources.
• Maintain liaison with internal and external educational and professional organizations.
• Research service providers, conduct site and event visits, negotiate contracts, and resolve disputes.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive publicity strategy, including marketing, enrollment trend analysis, and mailing list development.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Experience managing a training center is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and improve business processes using continuous‑improvement principles.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost‑control procedures.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation abilities.
• Capability to perform all essential functions of the role.
